Please join the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers for “Latina Attorneys in the Profession: Experiences and Impact.” This CLE program and social event, to be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, will feature keynote remarks by Dolores Atencio, attorney, author and legal scholar who has devoted more than a decade to the national legal history project, Luminarias de la Ley | Luminaries of the Law. Learn more about Ms. Atencio HERE.
While in Minnesota to deliver remarks at MHBA’s Annual Gala the next day, Ms. Atencio has graciously agreed to also join us on March 26th for a special celebration of her important work, which is the focus of her most recent book “A Century of the First Latina Lawyers in the United States.”
During our program, Ms. Atencio will share highlights from her research and then join in a conversation with a panel of Minnesota’s own Latina lawyers.
We are honored to hear from this esteemed group:
1.0 CLE credit will be applied for.
Special thanks to our event host:
